Over time, split AC evaporators can become a breeding ground for mold, bacteria and viruses. This is due to the constant presence of water in the coils and condensate tray.

Our cleaning method uses a high tech specially-designed pressure washer with a containment device to thoroughly clean your split system, both inside and out, completely eliminating harmful mold and bacteria.

We use only non-toxic biodegradable chemicals formulated specifically for ductless systems. The condensate tray and coils will then be treated with slow release anti-fungal and anti-bacterial strips to keep your system clean and fresh for longer.
